Dennis Roslund

Swedish supply chain specialist turned bakery co-founder in Bangalore. Building systems that compound, one cinnamon bun at a time.

I spent fifteen years in supply chain management across Sweden, working with companies like Tetra Pak, TePe, and Sony Ericsson. Negotiating frame agreements, building category strategies, optimizing distribution networks. The kind of work where you learn to see every business as a series of handoffs, bottlenecks, and throughput problems.

Then my family and I moved to India, and I co-founded a bakery.

FIKA B’LORE is a Scandinavian bakery in North Bangalore, run from a solar-powered farm kitchen. My co-founder Niklas and I bake authentic Swedish buns, hand-rolled and slow-proofed, and deliver them to offices and residential communities across the city. It sounds simple. It is not.

I also run Rosheden AB, a Swedish consulting practice focused on supply chain, sourcing strategy, and operational efficiency. And I sit as Chairperson of the Tera board.

This site is where those threads converge. The supply chain thinking, the India chapter, the AI systems I build to run the bakery, the personal philosophy underneath it all. LinkedIn is the weekly signal. This is the accumulated body of work.
