The longer version
I grew up in Sweden. Studied industrial economics at Jönköping, spent a semester in Hong Kong on manufacturing strategy, and did my master’s in supply chain management at Chalmers. The thesis was at Volvo Logistics, on how customer forecasts could be used for logistics planning. Academic enough to be useful, practical enough to lead somewhere.
It led to Sony Ericsson, briefly, then seven years at Tetra Pak, where I managed global supplier portfolios worth tens of millions of euros in pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation. The work taught me what I keep coming back to: every complex operation is really just a chain of handoffs, and most problems live in the gaps between them. I built category strategies, ran supplier-driven cost reduction programs, and learned how large organisations move, which is to say slowly, and usually in the direction of whoever has the best data.
From Tetra Pak I moved to TePe, the oral hygiene company, where I ran the full supply chain function: purchasing, transport, distribution, planning, and strategy. I rebuilt procurement from an operational function into a category-based organisation, implemented S&OP, and set up a third-party fulfilment centre in Australia. Four and a half years of building systems that had to work across time zones, cultures, and varying degrees of institutional patience.
Then two years at MYSIGMA, one of Sweden’s leading supply chain consultancies, on inventory management, analytics, sourcing, and S&OP. Good work. Important work. But I could feel the pull toward something of my own.
In 2024 my family moved to Bangalore. I set up Rosheden invest AB as a vehicle for consulting and trade, and within a year my friend Niklas and I had co-founded a Swedish bakery. These two facts are connected in ways that still surprise me.
FIKA B’LORE is everything I have learned about supply chains, applied to a context that makes the lessons work harder than they ever did in a corporate setting. In a large company an inefficient handoff costs money. In a bakery delivering three hundred buns on a Friday morning across North Bangalore, it means someone does not get their cardamom bun for breakfast. The feedback loop is immediate, personal, and unforgiving.
What I bring
The operator’s lens. I see businesses as systems: the actual flows of material, information, and decisions, and where they get stuck. It works at Tetra Pak scale and at bakery scale; the consequences just arrive faster when you are small.
Cross-cultural fluency. The kind you get from negotiating pneumatics contracts with German engineers, setting up distribution in Australia, and working out how to deliver pastries in Bangalore. The hard part is never the process; it is the assumptions underneath it.
Systems I build. Tools that solve real problems, not demos: order processing, financial dashboards, content pipelines, an accounting close that drafts the GST return overnight. Nearly thirty of them run my businesses day to day. Find the friction, build the smallest thing that removes it, let it compound. The AI Operating System is the fuller story.
Board work. Non-executive director or advisor. Boards work best when they bring operational clarity to strategic conversations, not the other way around.
