Dennis Roslund is a Swedish entrepreneur and supply chain specialist based in Bangalore, India. He is the founder of Rosheden AB, co-founder of FIKA B’LORE, and Chairperson of the Tera board. He has 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, project management, and international trade, and is currently building AI-native operating systems for small business.

The Longer Version

I grew up in Sweden. Studied industrial economics at Jönköping University, spent a semester in Hong Kong studying manufacturing strategy, and did my master’s in supply chain management at Chalmers in Gothenburg. The thesis was at Volvo Logistics, studying how customer forecasts could be used for logistics planning. Academic enough to be useful, practical enough to lead somewhere.

It led to Sony Ericsson, briefly, then seven years at Tetra Pak, where I managed global supplier portfolios worth tens of millions of euros in pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation. The work taught me what I keep coming back to: every complex operation is really just a chain of handoffs, and most problems live in the gaps between them. I built category strategies, ran supplier-driven cost reduction programs, and learned how large organizations move, which is to say, slowly, and usually in the direction of whoever has the best data.

From Tetra Pak I moved to TePe, the oral hygiene company, where I ran the full supply chain function: purchasing, transport, distribution, planning, and strategy. I transformed procurement from an operational function into a category-based organization, implemented S&OP processes, and set up a third-party fulfillment center in Australia. Four and a half years of building systems that needed to work across time zones, cultures, and varying degrees of institutional patience.

Then consulting. Two years at MYSIGMA, one of Sweden’s leading supply chain consultancies, working with organizations on inventory management, analytics, sourcing, and S&OP implementation. Good work. Important work. But I could feel the pull toward something of my own.

In 2024, my wife got an opportunity in India, and we moved the family to Bangalore. I founded Rosheden AB as a vehicle for consulting and trade, and within a year, my friend Niklas and I had co-founded a Swedish bakery. These two facts are connected in ways that still surprise me.

FIKA B’LORE is the application of everything I have learned about supply chains, applied to a context that makes those lessons work harder than they ever did in a corporate setting. In a large company, an inefficient handoff costs money. In a bakery that delivers 300 buns on a Friday morning across North Bangalore, an inefficient handoff means someone does not get their cardamom bun for breakfast. The feedback loop is immediate, personal, and unforgiving.

What I Bring to the Table

The operator’s lens. I see businesses as systems. Not mission statements or org charts, but actual flows of material, information, and decisions. Where things get stuck, where they move, where the handoffs are clean and where they are not. This lens works at Tetra Pak scale and at bakery scale. The problems are the same; the consequences just arrive faster when you are small.

Cross-cultural fluency. Not the kind you put on a slide. The kind you get from negotiating pneumatics contracts with German engineers, setting up distribution in Australia, and figuring out how to deliver pastries in Bangalore. I have worked across enough cultures to know that the hard part is never the process; it is the assumptions underneath it.

AI systems building. I build tools that solve real problems. Not demos, not proofs of concept. Actual operating systems: order processing, financial dashboards, content pipelines, school email scanners. Over 20 custom AI skills running daily. The approach is always the same: find the friction, build the smallest thing that removes it, let it compound.

Rosheden AB

My Swedish consulting company, focused on supply chain management, operational efficiency, and India-Sweden trade. The company serves as a vehicle for consulting engagements, strategic sourcing projects, and the growing trade corridor between two countries I know well.

If you are looking at supply chain challenges, operational transformation, or sourcing strategy, and you want someone who has done the work at both corporate scale and startup scale, in both Europe and India, let us talk.

Board Work

I serve as Chairperson of the Tera board. I hold a European Certified Director certification from Styrelseakademien and the European Confederation of Directors’ Associations (ecoDa). I believe boards work best when they bring operational clarity to strategic conversations, not the other way around.
